Pace Method PIANO LESSON

Enhances your life through piano!

The goal of the piano education program is to develop musicianship,creativity and intelligence.

The program was established by Dr. Robert Pace, Professor Emeritus of Teachers Collage at Columbia University (N.Y), using the latest cumulative knowledge in the fields of music, education, motivation, psychology and child development.

Program Goals

  1. Musical Literacy: Students learn to analyze, sight-read, transpose and harmonize. The knowledge and skills let students understand the elements of music.
  2. Musical Creativity: Using the acquired musical knowledge to make one’s own music, students immediately begin to play ear tunes, improvise, create and notate music.
  3. Musical Enjoyment: Comprehensive Musicianship is the basis for a lifetime musical enjoyment.

Lesson Fee:

Kinder (Age 6~)     10,000 yen / 40min.   

Level Ⅰ~     12,000 yen / 50min. 15,000 yen / 60 min.

Tsugiko Ogura

Started to play the piano at 4 years old. After graduated from the Royal Conservatory of Music of Toronto, continue studied under Keiko Toyama, the last pupil of Alfred Cortot. Gave a recital at Aeorian Hall and performed in joint recital at Kioi Hall and Tokyo Bunkakaikan.
